Our Team

Angel Putney Noé, MSN, APRN, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Angel Putney Noé is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who provides comprehensive, family-focused healthcare to patients of all ages. Since 2003, Angel has combined conventional and complementary therapies to offer truly holistic care—drawing from “all the tools in the toolbox” to support the body, mind, and spirit.

With a deep foundation in herbalism, integrative medicine, and community health nursing, Angel is passionate about identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance and disease. Her approach is collaborative and inclusive, meeting patients where they are and empowering them with education, resources, and individualized support.

Angel’s journey into natural medicine began over 25 years ago, sparked by a personal interest in herbal remedies. In 2003, she completed an apprenticeship at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, followed by earning her BSN from the University of Southern Maine. As a registered nurse, she worked extensively in community health—serving diverse populations through roles in homeless health programs, HIV/AIDS care, and LGBTQ+ health services.

For the past nine years, Angel has provided holistic care at a naturopathic clinic, further deepening her integrative approach. In 2023, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Goodwin University, expanding her clinical expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Angel’s mission is simple but powerful: to help individuals achieve vibrant health by combining the best of modern medicine and traditional healing practices.
